Prema Theodore is delighted to announce that Mick Schumacher will be back with the team for a second consecutive season in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship. The 18-year-old racer has been impressive in his series debut last season, with many rookie podiums and even a third place overall at the challenging Monza venue in Italy.
After completing the European season in third place among rookies, Schumacher made a positive first appearance at the famed Macau Grand Prix, running comfortably in the top-10 overall among much more experienced contenders.
Schumacher showed outstanding character on race day and is ready to capitalize on the year spent on-track to make further progress together with the Team. He will be part of a bold five-driver roster lined-up to repeat and improve the results scored in 2017 which included grabbing the Team Championship for a record fifth straight time.
Preparations have already started for the season ahead which will begin and with the Grand Prix of Pau at the Pau-Ville street course on May 12th and 13th.
