PREMA Theodore Racing and the whole Italian Formula 4 Championship are set to go back in action this weekend for a summer outing taking place at the challenging track of Imola. The Italian venue, a true drivers’ circuit despite its proximity with the city center, will welcome the teams and drivers of the series for a pivotal round, the fifth of the year. The previous event at Misano proved incredibly successful for the team in general and for Enzo Fittipaldi in particular. The young Brazilian secured a stellar triple win at the Adriatic venue and reclaimed the championship lead in commanding fashion.

The Italian series has proved highly unpredictable so far though, and Fittipaldi will have to deal with many potential threats, starting from his team-mates. British driver Olli Caldwell experienced a positive run last weekend in the German series and is eager to maintain the momentum back in the Italian series. He is currently third in standings, far from being out of contention.

Gianluca Petecof, who had a brilliant rookie season so far despite missing one round for precautionary reasons, is aiming for some top overall results too, while Abu Dhabi’s Amna Al Qubaisi will continue in her maiden season in single seaters with the clear intention of fighting for the points.

Angelo Rosin – Team Principal
“We are back on-track after the great results we had in Misano but success must not turn us away from our normal state of mind. We are fully dedicated and motivated, working as hard as ever. We want to stay on top, and bring all our drivers forward in the championship.”
