PREMA Theodore Racing is set to meet one of the toughest venues in Formula 3 competition as it will be lining up at Spa-Francorchamps for the fifth round of the FIA European Championship. The renowned 7-kilometer Belgian circuit features high-speed corners and offers good chances for overtaking and after the impressive display put up on the twisty Zandvoort track, the team is looking forward to doing well even at a faster racetrack.

Entering the weekend, PREMA Theodore Racing has three of its drivers at the top of the championship. New Zealander Marcus Armstrong is leading after the podium he secured in Holland, but Chinese and fellow Ferrari Driver Academy representative Guanyu Zhou is just one point behind, having brought home three podiums at Zandvoort. With his two wins in the previous round, adding up to the one in the Pau Grand Prix, Estonian Ralf Aron is only 4.5 points away in third.

Mick Schumacher, who scored two podium finishes this season, is looking forward to making his much-deserved breakthrough. Russian FDA prospect Robert Shwartzman is equally determined to fight for his first win in the series after posting his maiden pole at Norisring.

This weekend, FIA Formula 3 European Championship will feature a distinctive schedule at as the series will be the supporting act to the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps. The action will be anticipated by one day, with the final race going underway on Saturday morning.

We are lining-up there with five potential race winners and we definitely want to keep or possibly even improve our favorable championship situation.
